Customer Care Manager

Position Description

The Customer Care Manager is responsible for the development and overall management of all aspects of work and services performed by the CCT, delivering superior customer service/satisfaction and developing long-term profitable relationships with RMT customers. This includes the following:

  • Develop direction of Customer Care team including business plans, policies, and procedures
  • Field incoming calls from customers,ensuring timely response
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers
  • Assist in resolution of issues during warranty phase
  • Coordinate and manage technician site visits for PM and warranty issues
  • Prepare estimates and final selling prices in response to customer RFQ's
  • Direct, manage and motivate a team of highly qualified technicians

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in a technical or engineering discipline
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of basic robot operations,including mechanical, electrical, and software interfacing in an industrial environment
  • Leadership, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Must have the maturity, time management and entrepreneurial skills to function independently
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Strongly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
