Green Tire Storage and Retrieval

RMT's Green Tire Curing Buffers identify, sort, stack and temporarily stores beneath gantry robots, a dynamic inventory (or "buffer") of green tires (GT) in specially designed green tire totes. Tire totes are vertically stacked, coded and time stamped to ensure a first in, first out (FIFO) product flow. When signaled by the curing press, the gantry automation picks the tire from the storage tote and presents it to the waiting press delivery system (Cart, EMS gantry or ADAM AMR).
