TBM Collection

Automating the collection of tires from the tire build machine is the first element of any automated tire handling system. Once collected, tires can be tracked and routed to painter automation, GT buffers and press delivery systems without the need for GT carts or human intervention.

RMT's hallmark solution for TBM collection is the ADAM AMR ( Autonomous Mobile Robot ). The ADAM solution was purpose designed for GT handling in the tire industry and provides the most flexible and modular solution for the transport of green tires from TBM cells to painter machinery, buffer automation or direct to press.
